Hello to all. I am honored to be a part of such an important campaign. I became an athlete for the Team Endure to Cure because pediatric cancer is taking away too many innocent lives all over the country. I am a runner; so I decided that I should dedicate my efforts for a meaningful cause. This means more to me than just competing; it is about coming together for a higher purpose and saving the lives of children that are innocently affected by this deadly disease. Finding a cure would not be a miracle, because I know in my heart there is. We just have to keep pushing, even through adversity to conquer it.

 

I will be sacrificing my body in 2011 by running a series of races and marathons. This will be a challenge of strength and endurance for me, but for this cause I will make it across that finish line in every race that I run. I will be participating in the following events on the left side of this page.  Why am I doing this, you ask?  I am doing this to raise funds to help Endure to Cure fully-fund a survivorship study at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital.  You can see all the details of this study right here.

 

Please join me on my journey to help in finding a cure by donating $1.00 for every mile that I complete. My goal is to raise $5,000 in 2011. Remember this amount is only what I am asking, but any amount would be greatly appreciated.
