I did not join E2C to gain recognition for what I have accomplished or will accomplish as an endurance athlete. I did not join to make myself look good for doing charity work. I did not join to impress anyone by what I was doing. I joined E2C to help inspire people with my story, to show people that nothing challenging and inspiring comes without sacrifice and hard work. I joined to be a walking, breathing example that there are no limits to what we can achieve when we have a higher purpose in our life!
Endure to Cure has become part of my everyday life, I live my life by the E2C motto! REDEFINE OUR LIMITATIONS! When I get down on myself about my physical disability of having been born with cerebal palsy and the fact it makes me run in an odd manner, I remember why I am doing what I am doing and push through it, staying as strong as I can along the way of my life's ups and downs. I do not feel orry for myself and use my unique gifts to hopefully inspire you and also make a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer.
My goal is to improve those peoples lives and make their days better. I want to change the world through my efforts and be a major reason Endure to Cure fulfills its mission!
With my higher purpose, my family, E2C, and your support we can change the world, or at least make a single persons life better! Be somebody's hero today and thank you for your support!
