Board of Directors & Officers
Jason R. Sissel (Founder & President)
Jason is the founder and president of Endure to Cure and founding member of Adaugeo Ventures LLC. Previously, Jason spent over six years at Morgan Stanley & Co. as a research analyst where he was promoted several times. Most recently, he worked for Robert W. Baird & Co. in institutional equity sales. Jason earned his BBA in Finance, with honors, from the University of Iowa and his MBA in Finance, Accounting and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management. While at Kellogg he founded a student club, served as president of two others, and was a recipient of the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award. Jason currently serves as a director on the boards of OhmsRazor, the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago, and the University of Iowa’s Krause Investment Fund.
Susannah Baxley (Director & Vice President)
Susannah spent five years at the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, DC, first in sales, then launching new products around best practice research and analysis for Fortune 500 companies in the CEB’s New Product Development division. She then joined Donohoe Construction, a major private construction company in Washington, DC where she managed commercial interior renovation projects. Susannah graduated from the University of Richmond and was a Division 1 field hockey player and now enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two children.
Shana Orczyk (Director; Secretary & Treasurer)
Shana currently works at Mercer Global Investments as a Senior Investment Analyst responsible for covering Non-US Equity and Alternative Investment Strategies. Prior to joining Mercer she was a Portfolio Strategist for Peak Financial Management where she developed and managed the firm’s model portfolios and alternative investment program. She has also worked at Russell Investments, Fidelity Investments, and Morgan Stanley. Shana earned her MBA from Bentley College and her B.S. from UMass-Amherst. She currently serves on the Alternative Investments Subcommittee of the Boston Security Analyst Society.
